Failed to illustrate points with anecdotes and medical history
If you are writing an article, it is not enough, just describe your thoughts, insights, skills and strategies. This makes them abstract, blurred the readers mind. To make your points clear and concrete, you need to show your readers how they function in real life situations. Performance of real-life scenarios, also known as "medical records" and "anecdotal" is the most powerful techniques you can use it to put across the concept of a self-help book. Although the two terms are often used interchangeably (and so with this book, too), there is a difference between them.
Case records, only that the files in question from a professional account with similar stories to tell customers the readers. Anecdotes, rather than the customer to accept is another story, the author knows, description, or the idea of reading a book.
Whatever you call them they should always appear in your book as a whole. Otherwise, it will feel dry, academic, readers will have a difficult time how to imagine your ideas into action.
Tip: on the one and three small stories or events in the history minimum, each chapter is essential.
Inconsistency in the format of the story: often fledgling writers in their manuscript, which inadvertently ultimately contradictory in the case history. They will receive some of the anecdotes presented the story of a long preamble of the material is.
Others now will be the first to be a little or no description of the problem jumping all the anecdotes. Sometimes, the story point clear. Other times, it does not. Sometimes there will be 1 or 2 to solve the problem after the details of the story, and how it affects the lives of our customers. Other times, the lack of such records will close an important point.
In order to avoid distracting the reader, to handle all the format of medical records and other materials in the same way rumors you there. If in doubt, remember that the most effective anecdote contains the following five elements:
1. A clear preview, in few words, the point of medical records
2. A person's story is about a small sketch
3. The history of the case itself
4. Who apply to your technical advice and help they
5. A follow-up review of what kind of readers you want to learn the story
Into a paragraph or more of all of these elements, you will end with the anecdotal note, highlighting a concept, excited readers and create best-selling book.
Tip: the story might be the ideal average of 1-3 long.
